Cosimo Lucci is a PostDoctoral Researcher on motorcycle safety technologies, with a special focus on the Motorcycle Autonomous Emergency Braking system (M-AEB) and its interaction with the rider. His PhD research project was carried out within the task 5.2 of the PIONEERS project. He is interested in the different aspects of road safety research, including helmets and protective equipment for motorcyclists, active safety technologies for motorcycles and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for passenger cars and trucks. [ITA] Cosimo Lucci è un assegnista di ricerca che si occupa di tecnologie di sicurezza per motocicli con particolare attenzione al sistema di frenata d’emergenza autonoma per motocicli (M-AEB) e alla sua interazione con il guidatore. Il suo progetto di ricerca di dottorato è stato svolto nell’ambito del task 5.2 del progetto PIONEERS. È interessato ai diversi aspetti della ricerca sulla sicurezza stradale, compresi i caschi e i dispositivi di protezione per i motociclisti, le tecnologie di sicurezza attiva per i motocicli e i sistemi avanzati di assistenza alla guida (ADAS) per autovetture e veicoli pesanti. |
